How is investing in Naples? It seems like a great long term investment. Both my father and Mother-in-law have places in naples and it seems like college for retired people except they have money.

@Chris K.

Thanks, chris. I'm trying to figure out what yue minimum investment would make sense to fund my own QOZfund to do something since alot of buildings in scranton would need rehab which would qualify for the "substantial improvement ".

@Kevin Doyle

Did you find an electrician?

@Chris K.

Has anyone looked into opportunity zones in Scranton? I heard the interim mayor is pro development and was curious what peoples thoughts were?

@Kristel Knittel. Thanks Kristel. Because of the way I'm invested, I cant do a 1031.

@Bryan Mills thanks! That's a great resource for funds.

Both. I know of land in Delaware which is in an OZ which I'm interested in purchasing and developing, however if I can't purchase it, I also have capital gains which I am interested in investing passively into an OZ Fund.

I have an investment that is selling August and I will have a large capital gain. I'm trying to figure out how to use opportunity zones to defer and minimize the tax impact. I'm in the northeast so would prefer to invest here but open to ideas. Any suggestions?

@Zach Midwood. That's the area I'm looking too. 1300 for heat seems really low. But you can always make up the difference when the 3rd floor lease ends. Congrats again on the purchase.

@Aaron Araujo @Kellen Driscoll did you guys buy any properties in new Bedford. I'm looking now and would love some feedback.
