Hello BiggerPockets,

Have been trying to purchase a forecloused home on my block.  I spoke with the owner while the bank was foreclosing on it and thought I had a deal worked out back in November.  The owner went to Florida for the winter and was not returning my calls or email.  Last week all contents of house were on the curb and the county Sheriff had locked all doors  and posted stickers saying do not enter.  Do I  have to wait till house goes to auction or is their another course of action ?  Thank you in advance for any advice. Will keep you posted on any progress .

Thanks, Greg

I have a foreclosure on my block owned by Wilmington Savings Fund Society.  Does anyone have a contact there or a way for me to track down how to buy it.  Thank you on advance for any advice.

I have found a foreclosed home in my area but can not find out what bank or mortgage company owns it.  It has been locked up by a service that secures foreclosed homes. I went to town tax records and found the old owner who was foreclosed on.  the bank has owned it for over a year but I am having trouble finding out what bank.  Please advise,  Thank you,

Greg
