Hey guys,

Does anyone have or recommended using Real Estate Privacy Trusts or LLC1,2,3? We've spoken with one company, "Nevada Corporate Headquarters ", and wanted to hear some pros and cons before we dive deeper into vetting more companies.

Post: How to find a great CPA

Hey Bigger Pockets fam. My fiancé and I are close to pulling the trigger on our first investment property. We're trying to set up our best business practices from day one. What tools have you all used for finding a great CPA? What are some questions we should be asking while we are interviewing potential candidates? Should we try to find a CPA who mostly deals with Real Estate or are they pretty standard across the board?

Cheers!
