I am working with an investor that is looking to buy in Oviedo right now. Fortunantely they just want bills covered as they are looking to live in it in a couple years. I am a lifelong Central Florida resident and went to Oviedo High. I can't believe the numbers I am seeing out there. The great school district, new downtown area, location to UCF and the Hospital going in have shot the numbers up. They wanted a house under 300k built after 2000 and I sent them 2 houses. I would stay out of Alafaya Woods right now I think that is way overpriced and usually the first to go down. If you want to stay in Seminole County out there you will have to be patient. Peter I think there was one on Lynn St. in Waverlee Woods I saw last week. Think it was 240k. Good neighborhood downside I think every car dealership parks their cars in there and it is hard to maneuver down the streets sometimes. Good luck. Let me know if there are any questions I can answer.
