@Jim Henderson  Great questions! My more immediate goals would be to learn more about our local market, get some experience in estimating rehab costs, and build my network/team to start wholesaling. I want to start out with wholesaling as it will utilize some of my skills (marketing and telemarketing) while building my lead generation system. Once I have been around a bit I hope to figure out through experience what strategies other than buy and hold I'll be interested in pursuing. 

I believe I'd like to house hack a multifamily this year to see what I think about being a landlord, making sure buy and hold is a realistic long term strategy for myself.

My real estate goals are to build a respectable portfolio that cashflows $10,000+ a month, and builds my family's wealth. To own at least one commercial building, and have done over $20 Million in real estate transactions within 8 years!
