 Hey thanks for the reply Mark. Wouldnt properties of those types be looking to sell at market price though?

Hello everybody,

This is my first post here. I'm looking to get started in REI and I think a good place to start would to become a bird dog. I'm looking to become a bird dog so I can help established investors and learn to find/identify deals. I'm located in Northern California(Bay Area). Thanks for the time.
