At our March Main Meeting,
we welcome Appraiser, Josh Means.
Are you increasing the value of real estate properties? Have you, as a developer rehabbing houses, ever thought about the appraisal before you buy the house?
How much work and money will you put into the house?
Do you want the property to appraise high in the neighborhood, or do you want this property to clear FHA Financing standards?

Josh Means, a professional appraiser, will point out the differences of what appraises only as a cash sale house, opposed to a conventional financeable house, and a government financeable property.

Go to ORREIA.net to find out more, and to enroll.
First-time visitors attend free and only pay for the dinner which is $12.
