*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted. Please help me make sure I have the right numbers. I'm thinking the rent and landlord expenses are what's screwing me up. This is in Mansfield Ohio, so what are the landlord rates in Mansfield?

I showed a few of analyses I did to my dad, and I REALLY messed up. The rental income was a little high, and I was randomly picking closing purchase costs. I also don’t know how much repairs cost for a house. Since my dad and I looking around Mansfield and Cleveland, does anybody know average costs for repairs and closing purchase costs. Sorry for the rant, I would just like to make my next analysis as accurate as possible. Thanks.

Also, could anyone give us a step-by-step in refinancing on an equity or HELOC? What if a bank says they can't give out HELOCs on certain properties or people.

Hey Everyone, 

Dad and I are wondering how to leverage our equity in the 3 houses he has in Avon Lake. How do we use it to buy more properties? All 3 houses equities are $250K. 

Hello, does anybody know any tools to use for house analysis if the house is already owned/bought. I just need the repair costs, taxes, insurance, and rent. I use the BRRR calculator here on BP. Can I still use it without the purchase and loan stuff. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
