I need help with rental property analysis

Hello, does anybody know any tools to use for house analysis if the house is already owned/bought. I just need the repair costs, taxes, insurance, and rent. I use the BRRR calculator here on BP. Can I still use it without the purchase and loan stuff. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

@Grace Donahue, If you have excel, it's pretty simple to just fill in the cells. Also, check out the here on BP. There are a lot of different spreadsheets that should be able to help you out. As far as repairs being broken down, I can send you the one we use. PM me if you would like and I'll send you ours, but it's pretty standard/simple. Good luck!
