I am approaching my first full year of using direct mail as a marketing tool. Last holiday season I did not mail from Thanksgiving until after New Years. I market to absentee owner, probate, inherited and will start 30,60,90 or NOD soon or right after the holidays. For all of these lists in general I mail to the new people on the list then continue to mail except for absentee owner where I get a new list annually.

I would like to know what others do with their direct mail schedules during the holidays.

Thank you J Scott. I would be interested in a reply from someone in a market where notice of sale is 90 days from NOD. The sale is at minimum 3 weeks from notice of sale in Utah.

J Scott are you mailing to NOD or 30 60 90 or both?

Reggie Youngblood ask your title company to verify the lien. As K. Marie Poe suggested, I would highly doubt the lien is "attached" to the property unless the son is on title.

Will Browm IMO the conversation between Rich and I is not typical between most Utah and BYU fans. There are many that hate the other side.

Pac 12 South looking better than I thought. UCLA had a great win and AZ State looking much more disciplined. Rich Weese the loss to Utah State was very hard to take; although, I like Utah St. unless playing Utah. We have a chance to rebound against BYU Saturday. GO UTES!

Rich Weese last year was our shot. We did play USC and lost by a filed goal and no Oregon last year. We lost to Colorado of all teams at home last game of the regular season. Would have gone to the Pac 12 championship game if not for that loss. Oregon would have killed us though. We play USC every year. We are a better team this year but i think the Pac 12 South is better especially USC. we have Washington in Seattle which will be tough. Maybe this winter we can hook up for lunch. Good luck to those Cougars EXCEPT for the 15th.
