Hi Rita,

Welcome to BP.  Its tons of information on BP and its free.  You should read some articles from the archives by searching wholesaling on the site here.  Sharon Vornholt is a good one.  And lastly, ask away to the people here on BP.  They are really helpful in answering RE questions.  I wouldn't spend a dime of money yet til I've utilized the free sources first.  BP is the way to go!

Lisa G,

Congrats! on your very first deal as an investor. You might want to grab some comps from a local Realtor in your area or try REDFIN website for the current 90 day stretch of sells. Have the comps and definitely have the ARV available for your buyer. Its handy when talking to them or just mass email cash buyers/ with comps, pics, and ARV details. Best of Luck in 2015.

Hello Peter,

Here's what I suggest. Don't go sounding like your really looking for a mentor but, go as you have something to offer as well. Don't under value your skills already obtained yet speak highly of your attributes and see what the father has to offer as well. Maybe both of you can do some smart investing together. Good Luck with your potential Mentor.
