Hello. Does anyone have software that runs comps in NOLA? The software I have runs comps but for some reason in NOLA, I can't search by bedrooms or sq. footages (which is a big problem). If no one knows of any software, could someone recommend a real estate agent? Thanks

Hello. I am brand new to wholesaling and am in search of a good Purchase and Sale Contract w/ "And Or Assigns Clause". I will be doing it mostly in TX and LA so one that works for both states is ideal. I've been looking through the forums but many of the ones I find don't have the clause.
