Welcome Johannah. I too am from Essex County and new to BP. I'm a new investor working on my first flip. I've found the podcasts and community very helpful.

I'm a new investor from Essex County NJ looking to flip and buy and hold in the Northern and Central New Jersey. I have one house under contract that I plan to flip. Looking to flip a few properties to increase the amount of cash I have and then buy and hold multi family houses for income.

Hi Nick, I checked back to both sites and now see different properties available.  Not sure what I saw before but thanks for the sanity check!!!  

I noticed homesearch.com and auction.com post many of the same bank owned properties on their sites.  The bid deadlines are similar on both sites.  Are they the same company? If not, how do you know which site to place a bid?  Thank you.
