Great thread everyone!

The only way to make it happen is to jump in and take action.

We are helping investors who are having a difficult time finding money put together professional packets to present to cash investors/private money. There is a lot out cash out there right now, and many people are finding it right in their own sphere of influence!

Sometimes success can be right under our noses!

I have an agent busting hump for me doing BPOs, and we have landed 3 REO listing in the last couple of months for his efforts.

Still not sure if it is worth all the time/work that went into it, as I feel those resources are better served finding buyers and geting listings, but only time will tell.

Everybody has an agenda, and the classic Realtor vs. Investor battle will always be fought!

The last thing we need is more government regulation. Last time I checked, their track record was not all that good! LOL

Both sides have their issues, but when you find the right team, business is good! :D

Sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.

The court is tilted in the favor of those who take full advantage, and this can happen to anybody, so take notes everyone!

There are still ways for the Realtor to get paid, even on a lease option!

No reason to harm a persons business, they might not make very much on the deal, but they can at least get something for their time and efforts.

If they refuse to listen, or disrespect you, then game on! :)

In my experience it would not.

I would not worry about the separation, just the fact you have a W&D hookup should be enough in lower income neighborhoods.

Hope that helps!
