Has anyone been able to successfully navigate the selling of SFH's so that they could invest in syndication opportunities with little tax implications?

Does anyone of a suggestion on a rockstar property manager in the Johnson County, IN (Whiteland, Greenwood, Franklin) area?

Is anyone having any success with a Central Indiana accountant that understands real estate?  Lack of communication and ability to keep planned meetings has us considering a change. If anyone has had a positive experience and doesn't mind sharing, I would appreciate it.
