Hello, I was given a QUARTERLY report with the name TREND in the right hand corner.  It listed closed home sales by zip code in the PHILADELPHIA area for the 2nd quarter of 2018.  I am trying to locate this report for the 3rd quarter.  Can someone tell me where I can find this report?  Thank you.

Congratulations. I'm new to real estate investing and haven't seen a rehab cost that high on a SFR, what would you say contributed the most to the rehab cost of $70,000?
