Hi,

The lord helped me and my husband to sell our land locked property. We found the person that my property happen to be right in his back yard. And so we sold it to him to save him from more future problems. It was a load of our back.

If the property you purchased was a land locked property and you found  out that it was a error by the  city that took place years ago. What are your thoughts of the options that I  ay have?

I have already spoken with to a Real Estate Attorney and he agreed with the clerk's statement.

I purchased a Tax Deed and found out that the property is land locked and had an error in the parcels and folios and deed years ago.

But when  I called the  Clerk office they said there is nothing that they can do about it.

Please help if you have some suggestions.
