Post: Need Oakland attorney referral handling tenant issues

Need experienced attorney in Oakland that can handle tenant issues as well as dealing with City on housing code violations. We have a tenant that is sabotaging the unit saying it is unfit to live in and haven't paid rent in 3 months.  When we send our maintenance guy to fix things they make excuses to not let him in or break/remove what has been fixed. Everything has been documented but city of Oakland is on our back. Need experienced attorney ASAP.
