There are several private money lenders in Jacksonville.  You are welcome to come to the monthly meetup held on Fleming Island at Whitey's Fish Camp on the 4th Tuesday of the month.  We always have private lenders at the meetup which we always post on Bigger Pockets.

No, you don't have to be a member to go.  I think JaxReia allows new people to attend 1 or 2 meetings for free before they ask you to join.  1st year dues are 299, after that it's only 99 per year

This is literally the best money I have ever spent.  I have met so many people at JaxReia and have had so many opportunities there. If the price was 10x higher, it would still be worth it.
