After I sell my Cheyenne, WY duplex property flip (2-year live-in flip strategy) in August 2022, I am going to purchase in ABQ.

I joined a few ABQ real estate investor groups on MeetUp and participate via Zoom. Two of them have been super beneficial and insightful. Others have been a waste of schedule space. I would suggest joining MeetUp groups via Zoom and you will get the opportunity to network and see if the area is a good fit for your investing requirements/potential.

I hope this suggestion helps and I wish you all the abundance and blessings in your real estate investing activity.

This was a great question, @Luke O'Connor I hope you found what you looked for and that abundance is circling your real estate journey. This question/answers helped me today.

@Bruce Crawford I know a great CPA, who specifically focuses on foreign expats who invest in RE in the US.He's not on BP, but I would be happy to give you his contact info if you DM me.

Would you share with me his contact? I am moving to Oaxaca, Mexico as a Permanent Resident, but still holding my US Citizenship. I have a rental property in Wyoming. I am looking for a new tax person; my current tax person has been great, but I know I will benefit from someone with a history of working with US expats with US rental property. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
