Hello, I am planning to house hack a duplex in ~6 months. This is will be my first ever purchase. How early should I start interviewing real estate agents, beginning the FHA loan process, and any other necessary components? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I would start interviewing as early as you can to get some insight into expertise that each professional may have, and they may even give some advice that can open up a few new options.
