Experienced flipper wanting to connect with PML

Hello. I love flipping SFHs. I have an incredible crew and we can handle any depth of rehab. Looking to bring on new PMLs for future projects. Would like to connect and find out your goals, talk about working together and what that might look like. I have a very detailed presentation on how I work with private investors and am attaching the link for you to review it below. I've been in REI for 4 years and have flipped about 30 houses with an ARV ranging from 250-400K. I can provide references if needed. The main goal for me is building more with less people. Developing a deeper relationship with people is more important for me than working with a ton of people I barely know. I want to develop trust and tackle our goals together.
