I'm moving across country and relocating to the San Jose/South Bay Area in ur next month.  I'm interested in anyone renting properties in the area that are looking for a tenant. Preferably a single family home 3BR 2 BA...my office is in Sunnyvale im looking for properties within an hour commute.  Thanks.

I'm just starting out wholesaling and I went to look at the house and the conduit for the wholesaling transaction is also the real estate agent...seemed a bit odd and I questioned the legality of it

Thanks for all of the feedback everyone.  I've been doing some smaller level real estate investing but my big obstacle has been how to get timely financing.  I've lost 2 great investment opportunities because the traditional financing process has been so slow
