Yes I agree with you , now you do know since the new  buyer will own a majority of the condos with the purchase of 9 units and they will take over as president, of hoa,  they will control the Hoa as well by owning the 9 units. Not as good as owning all 12 units but at least it gives the buyer some control.  

Hello, 

I own 9 condo units of a 12 unit buidling, and I would like opinions on how to maximize my sale. 

Should I just sell my 9 units or shall I sell all 12 units, I could convince the other 3  units to sell, the ones I don't own. They are all titled individually. 

What would be more attractive to a buyer? 

looking for cash deals only. 

they are all 2 bed 2 bath and all leased on month to month.
