By that do you mean owner finance? Take my advice with a grain of salt. I believe if it's owner financed some time in the future you can still refinance it by going through a traditional lender. Also, you would still need to do the same process of BRRR. So buy then rehab then refinance then look for another deal. I hope I contributed value.

Hey @Account Closed Thank you for sharing this. I resonate much with you as I ended up doing something similar. I bought a house that had 3 beds 1.5 baths. I did a renovation and upgraded the house a bit. I turned the .5 bath to a 1 bath so that helped. This bathroom was in the bedroom downstairs. I started house hacking but using Air BnB. There was many things I learned in doing so. Make sure you have great wifi. You accommodate date for the weather AC in the summer and Heat in the winter. Do not leave any personal belongings in the room. Establish your rules. If for some reason you can't rent out the space make sure to suspend it in your Air BnB account because it will affect your listings. Hope this helps!
