Hey Bigger Pockets,

My husband and I are beginner wholesalers reaching out to real estate agents to get properties that aren't yet on the MLS. The biggest question we keep getting is "Why do I need a wholesaler as a middle man when I can go to an Investor myself?" What are some things we can offer these agents other than earning commission when our buyer lists the property, saving them time on a listing, and scaling their business?

@Nick L. Thank you for showing me the beginners guide, I will definitely be putting that to use! My long term goals are to have multiple passive income properties, including multi-family and single family homes. I'm excited about getting into rehabbing and plan on starting with wholesaling to get cash.
