I am in the same boat and am looking to invest in C class properties around 50k in Indianapolis. I’ll be going out there in a couple weeks and want to connect with some good folks to talk to about neighborhoods etc. I’m looking to make a deal!!

I am a newbie and hope to invest out of state. I’m in Los Angeles and it’s way too expensive to invest in California. Does anyone know of a reputable turnkey option? I’m interested in properties under $60k.
