Hey guys, my husband and I have rentals in Cleveland and looking at flipping. My husband will meet you but anyone have any experience flipping?

Hi, I have two sfh in the east side of Cleveland too and had a bad property manager who basically stole from us. Any recommendations would be appreciated. We still have faith in the properties and know we can make money if we have the right people on board.

The property is $50k and in the westside of Cleveland. I spoke with a lender who would do either a cashout refi or HELOC with no min but requires a 6 month seasoning. Just looking for other alternatives.

I am purchasing a duplex in Cleveland for cash and would like to know if anyone knows of a lender who is willing to do a cash out refi or HELOC without a seasoning requirement?

I was speaking to Morris Invest and decided not to after I received no response to my request to actually visit Indy.  My advice is to SUE them!  They are ripping people off left and right and continue to post their stupid podcasts.  On camera, they seem like the perfect young couple and in reality, they are ripping people off.

I am a new investor and really need to build a good team in Cleveland and the outlying suburbs.  First and foremost, I need a great real estate agent who is able to provide stellar service and won't be turned off by individual smaller priced homes.  I am looking to start a portfolio and a team, beginning with an apt real estate agent will be the cornerstone of that team - which I hope to hold for several years and several sales.  Someone with connections to finance, contractors, inspectors and PM also would be great.  Please reach out.
