I agree with Russell. Stephanie Cabral is a great resource and facilitates a Bigger Pockets meetup group in the greater Hartford area. I plan to attend myself this month on Tuesday August 10th at 6:30pm.

@Victoria James I live in the area and I agree with William. Southington will be more expensive but it's a bit nicer than Bristol overall. Of course not town is perfect and Southington has had it's share of car thefts lately.

I agree. It maybe easy buy property but hard to sell in Waterbury, CT.

Hi @Brent F.,

I did bid on the property but the bid went higher than I wanted to pay.

It's sometimes hard to tell if the property is occupied. You could ask a neighbor if there are any close by.
