Congrats on your accomplishments thus far! It seems like you are already on the path to success!

I am not a CFP, however, I did go to school specifically for personal finance and am currently studying for the CFP. From my perspective, I would definitely agree with the majority and say to either invest your money yourself or go to a fee only, fiduciary advisor (if you want specific recommendations you can PM me and I can give you names/numbers).

I would suggest doing it yourself using fidelity or vanguard. Since you already know you want to do 60% stocks and 40% bonds, you really do not need an advisor. If you use fidelity, any of the iShares ETFs do not have a commission on them, which is a perk. You can look through them on the link below.

One of my favorite aspect of ETFs is that you are passively investing (hopefully) so that you do not need to be checking your account every single day, worrying about volatility. You quite literally just throw your money into them and earn returns approximately equivalent to the markets.

Also, I know that fidelity and vanguard both offer free advice to any account holder, rather than having to pay for advice.

I would 100% agree with the other posts and suggest you do definitely meet up with an attorney, CPA and an insurance broker to make sure your risk management is up to date. 

Honestly, coming from the field, Edward Jones is known to have somewhat of a bad reputation. Not saying the woman recommended you is anything like that, not everyone is the same; but bad reps don't just come from thin air.

If you do decide to sign up with her, then I would just be cautious. Be sure to ask for her disclosure statement and also her investment guidelines, this way you can make sure she is not just putting your money in something you could have done on your own or in something just to make herself more money. 

But either way, congrats again and I hope it all works out for you!
