I'm a new investor in the midcoast area too! We have One 2 unit in Bath and a new STR in Southport (near Boothbay Harbor). We love Brent Sawyer from Portside Real Estate Group - he's an investor and super knowledgeable about this area. For lender's we have been very happy with Kate DiBiase from Northstar Mortgage. Brent will recommend her if you work with him:)

There seems to be a pretty active Southern Maine REI group - if you click network and events above you will see their most recent event. There is also this group https://www.meetup.com/Midcoas... they are having virtual meetings right now but I assume will be going back to in person at some point. Hope that helps!

There is also this group in the midcoast area, just attended my first meeting last week. It's organized by Dave Holman. Groups are virtual at the moment but hope to go back to in person.

Hello! I know this is a really old thread but wondering if virtual meetups are happening for Maine investors? I haven’t been able to find anything. Thank you 

I just full furnished a 620sq ft apartment for $5k - I purchased mostly new furniture but did find some smaller items on FB market place and second hand stores. Wayfair & Amazon have some good deals. Good Luck!
