Did anyone sit through the free online "live" webinar? I did this morning. I doubt it was actually live. It was mentioned several times that no one could see the chat, but Pace assured us that he could see all our comments, and he would occasionally comment on the alleged comments. He even asked his assistant if he could get the chat turned on. (Of course, it never worked.) Any comment you made went "To admin only."  But a message from "Team Pace" would come through that said "Pace's team can see your chats, it's due to a tech error but all is working and good!" I made a comment about the earnest money that contradicted what he had said about it. Then when I made another comment that it was convenient for them that no one could see any comments made, my access was immediately terminated. I went back to the webinar through a different device and saw that they had also added a link to access his Gator Method for $2,997. Of course, it's for a limited time only, then they are going to "shut off the Gator Method" for about a year. It all seemed rather sketchy to me.

05/27/2023 - :) Yeah, it's a recording. The same exact thing was stated in the training that took place just a few minutes ago. There were a few hundred on, and he said that he saw the "thousands" of people on. That confirmed. :)

Yeah, definitely a recording. I picked up the same things too. I've just watched the "gator method" today. I feel like it's overpriced, but if you do get that value out of the course then it will be worth it.

Is definitely worth it so far IMO. I’ve been a gator for about 2 months now and Pace’s community is amazing. There are definitely ways around the various costs, but you can also learn those thru the community members. If you are new to REI and want to be immersed in it, try it, won’t work for everyone, but worked for me.
Have you been making deals?

People do it, but some have also lost money, he does not recommend you do it until you have completed up to a certain point on the training and he gives you the contracts to use for gator. I used a credit card to sign up for gator. I know a lot of people will frown upon that but if you can use a credit card, especially with 0 interest, for your investment and then pay it back when you make profits, I don't see why not. I'd rather do that and get started then waste my time waiting to get started until I save up enough cash.

How long have you been doing this? How many deals have you made so far? Just trying to get a feel of what one can expect.

I joined the gator tribe last week, I'm very impressed by Pace and the course. He makes sure you have every resource possible. You have a community of people to support you and help you every step of the way. I give the course 5 stars! P.s. Gator method is about partnering (usually with wholesalers) and bringing the Ernest money. (Pace has YouTube videos about it)

Have you made any deals yet?

How many deals have you made so far? How much money in how much time?

I am intrigued by the Gator method opportunity. Before spending $3000 I wanna make sure that it is not hype or exaggerated claims.
how long does it typically take to make your first gator deal after joining the program? How frequently does one typically make deals after the first deal? I understand that the investment or time and energy is required and correlates with success rate. But what is typical for someone who is committed?
is it worth $3000?

Have you made any money yet? How long did it take you to make money?

Yep. Oddly enough he also is in Scottsdale. Here is an interview with him on Ken McElroy’s show

This is not spam. I’m not sure why you would think it was, as I am not trying to sell anything. I was asking sincerely about a program that I thought people in this group might be familiar with.

I share similar suspicions that you have expressed regarding it being too good to be true.
That being said I was open to being wrong.

Hi. I recently discovered Cody Bjugan’s work on youtube. And have been intrigued. If what they say is true, it is a way to make a 6 to 7 figure income on your phone in as little as 10 hours a week finding off market land and getting it ready for land developers to build on.
The course is not cheap. $15k in one payment, or 3 payments of $6k ($18k).
If a 6 to 7 figure income is realistic in a relatively short period of time, and I could really do it with 10 hours of work a week from anywhere with internet, than it would be a great investment. I’m just not really sure that it is that simple. And I don’t have $15,000 -$18,000 to waste.

Any feedback regarding this course? Vestright? Cody Bjugan’s work?

Thanks much.
