I think you're right. I called a realtor and she was unwilling to help me when I told her which properties I was looking at because the seller refused to speak to her when she had buyers interested in it.

Seller will accept $7k for both properties. It's going to take $15k to get one property liveable and it should retail for $40k-45k. Back door is open. I am in San Diego and property is in St. Joseph Missouri, how do I make sure seller is telling me the whole story?

Can an Llc or corporation qualify as a first time home buyer or does it have to be a living breathing person?
