Have found some great resources on Bigger Pockets, seems there are only a handful of REI clubs near me, the ones that say MIami actually meet like 40 mile away from MIami,

Who are the rock start flippers and rehabbers in Miami?

Was reading this article on Medium https://medium.com/@trueaccord/how-one-rude-debt-collector-made-us-start-trueaccord-34414fe16170

I immediately thought that this tool maybe great for the lenders of the board.

Here is an excerpt I found on their startup page on Angel.co:

TrueAccord uses behavioral analytics and personalized messaging to get late and delinquent customers to pay up, recover and come back to being paying customers.

TrueAccord automatically:
- Collects publicly available data about debtors to create a rich dataset teaching the system how to approach them
- Communicates with debtors via multiple channels
- Uses a process designed according to latest behavioral economics research to negotiate with them and understand the root of their inability and/or lack of willingness to pay
- Manages the payment process
- Presents insights back to the merchant

TECHNOLOGY

- Complementing debtor profiles with online crawling inspired by Israeli Intelligence Forces' technology, bringing together sentiment analysis, social data and more.
- First ever automated negotiations engine working on debtor objections in real time, employing behavioral economics guided U

Listened to the podcast. Very inspiring.

I stumbled through college, went to art school, became a successful commercial designer. I have progressed through my career from designer to coder to director to business owner and now back to a job I would never have thought to be in, business developement. i think I have grown out of my romantisism of design and matured into realizing what I really love doing, which is dealing with people.

Its great to hear that you dont need a degree or extensive formal trainging to get started, I almost went the route of getting my realtor license, but this world on BP seems to have bigger opportunities. And the BP community seems to be very sharing and helpful.

Hope to learn more so that I can do a deal... :)

Thanks for sharing all that info on the podcast.

@Angie B. and everyone. If you guys use gmail, and other online apps, many of them have API's those APIs allow coders to build special functionality. Now if you are not a coder or do not want to pay a coder, you can use this site:

https://zapier.com/zapbook/

Which allows you to interconnect a bunch of online apps. Based on actions, for example, when you get an email, have another system send you a SMS, and then another to do something else. You can chain them all together with your own logic, easiily.

I was using the system to connect 2 different CRM systems that did not talk to each other with the same info.

Highly recommended system. The sky is the limit to what you can build with this system.

@Brandon Turner podcasts are great ways to learn about any subject. Having first hand real experience goes a long way, than reading. You also cut through the clutter of blog posts mostly interested in bringing in SEO traffic. I just subscribed via stitcher.

Hi there...

Stumbled on this site, great content, the community seems to be very active and very sharing. Love to see that.

I am currently helping a bank appraiser friend with branding/marketing for a service she offers, which provides investors with a tailored daily list of clean foreclosure opportunities in the South Florida area. I plan upgrading my account here on BP and providing more details in the Marketplace.

I am excited in learning more about REI from helping her and interacting here in the site. If anyone needs another set of eyes on their branding/marketing I love to offer free advice (this is not a solicitation, I do not offer branding/marketing services anymore, my Romanticism matured and I want to be do something that will lead to long term success, like REI)

Saludos desde Miami. Cheers. :)
