Im here in City of Atlanta and I have a house that need a full Kitchen, light electrical (cut wires in 2 room, install light cans, wall fix/holes, ceilings re-installed, full bathroom.  I was told I could put in for a permit.  Does anyone know the name of that permit??  I was told I "don't " need full building permit in Atlanta.  Thank you for any help!

Thats more of a reason to get an inspection.  Not every home renovated  from top to bottom has good quality work.  If your agent said otherwise get rid of them!  You need to know everything about that house "before you move in not after"!

Thank you so much for your quick reply!  This is my first time receiving an offer of cryptocurrency.  I will counter them back and tell them I accept "US"  currency or they are free to sell their cryptocurrency and then use that money as a down-payment.

Thanks again!

I received an offer can someone please help me.  I am lost, I never seen this in my 13 years of real estate.  I got a full price offer on my house for  125K  however, the STIPS read this:

""30% of the price is to be PAID in Troptions Gold Cryptocurrency POC.  Valued at $200/coins.""  Can anyone please tell me what this means?  Will I have a full price offer when all said and done?

My guess is that the buyer structured this to where the purchase price will be $87,700 for the property.  Just not sure.

Thank you!!!!!!

Hello BP community, this is my 3 or 4th post so I new to this.

I have a rental property I owe with no notes attached, I owe free and clear.  I would like to pull out some of the equity. I have been self employed since 2007 as a real estate agent and investor.

I want to pursue a Low Doc Loan or HELOC and am I wondering what is my best options to take here in Georgia? My credit score is extremely high. I have money coming in from my rental properties and some income from working with the banks on their properties. I have ran into some companies that are reputable. I've had the worst experience, I am reaching out to BP community in hope someone can help me.

Any words of advice for a newbie to the real estate world on obtaining financing? Thanks in advance. J
