Hello BP community, this is my 3 or 4th post so I new to this.

I have a rental property I owe with no notes attached, I owe free and clear.  I would like to pull out some of the equity. I have been self employed since 2007 as a real estate agent and investor.

I want to pursue a Low Doc Loan or HELOC and am I wondering what is my best options to take here in Georgia? My credit score is extremely high. I have money coming in from my rental properties and some income from working with the banks on their properties. I have ran into some companies that are reputable. I've had the worst experience, I am reaching out to BP community in hope someone can help me.

Any words of advice for a newbie to the real estate world on obtaining financing? Thanks in advance. J
