Hi Kerry, do you use Baselane for your properties? I want to know if there is another website better than that to manage my properties or if that is the best free option.

I have 4 rental homes. Just started getting serious and diving in full time doing real estate investing. I came across Baselane to scale my rental properties. I am looking for a good software or website that can show me an accurate accounting of cash flow/profits, and money coming in and out. Do you have any recommendations?

Hi, I have been renting a house in Sugar Land Texas for almost a year. Since taxes have gone up, my mortgage has gone up as well. How do I go about increasing rent so that my renter does not get angry and move out?

I am very new in real estate I want to dive deep and go full-time in real estate any advice for a beginner is appreciated.

Thank you all for this insightful information.

I have purchased my first investment property ( a single-family home, Sugar Land, Texas) I wanted to get information on what's a good website to put a property for rent. I am not a realtor. I do not want to go through my realtor I want to do it myself. Any advice is appreciated.

I missed this one. Do we know when and where will be the next one?
