@Emmanuel Onate I am a fan of the Queen Creek and San Tan area but there are a few spots you have to be careful. There are spots next to a waste treatment plant and Johnson utilities is something to watch out for!

Hello all!

My name is Gevin I'm 22 and currently going to school and shortly graduating and looking forward to becoming a bigger part of BiggerPockets and real estate. I'm looking for houses right now to house hack in Queen Creek/San Tan area in Arizona. The market is currently super competitive and most houses are going for 5-10,000 above asking generally. I would be interested in investing out of state but prefer to stay in Arizona.

Any advice or comments are much appreciated!
