@Mark I. Just like @Ryan Smith said. I assume it is the title company asking. Send them your Articles of Organization and then tell them you will sign a document stating you have the authority to sign on behalf of the LLC and you will be all set.

I guess that depends on what you are looking for and how you want to structure the purchase. Those are nice cities but the cash flow is going to be limited. If you are going for rentals and want to stay in a nice area I would recommend looking in Ferndale. Then there are the typical rental markets that may require a little more work but have better cash flow like Warren, Eastpointe, Roseville, etc...

@Chloe Landon I like it, it's all about the hustle. Whatever it takes to give yourself the competitive advantage. Like @Jay Hinrichs mentioned if you are also an investor it could be a great way of finding potential deals too. One last thought if you do Uber as well, which I recommend you do, get yourself some of those large magnets that stick to your doors that advertise you are an agent. Come up with a clever marketing campaign like the Lincoln Lawyer but for Real Estate and Uber.
