Hello, I’m on the verge of closing on a duplex in Stamford CT, looking for some guidance from those that have invested in and are familiar with this area. I want to know if I’m making the right decision.

@Nick Tarantino. Hi Nick, are you a real estate agent in Orlando?

@Alexander Szikla

What about Yonkers ? Union city NJ ? Hoboken? Hoboken is expensive but how much more expensive is it compared to Brooklyn or queens? I don’t think very much, with regards to finding a house-hackable property.

@Edward Liu

Hi Edward! Would you be able to elaborate on “condo-nized” buildings for me please? Do you mean buying buildings that offer condos or just buying condos individually? Thank you

@Craig Bellot

Hey Craig you seem to be an expert on investing in CT I’m in the process of closing on a fourplex for $525k in Bridgeport, would you be able to look at it and see if it’s a good deal?

Any real estate investors in Fairfield county area of connecticut that could refer a good real estate lawyer and inspector that operates with thorough work ethic and integrity? Thanks in advance
