@Louis Trinca yeah I am just saying that when starting out usually your number one goal should be generating leads to build up a consistent pipeline of potential deals.

@William Salas great story! Way to be persistent and see the deal through. I am in an almost identical situation. Currently the out of state owner has a sister with health issues so just waiting to put the final touches on the deal. Keep up the massive action!

@Louis Trinca an LLC is certainly a sound idea once you begin to own multiple properties but if you are just getting started I would focus more on your deal flow. Creative avoidance can set it..

Hi my name is Gerik Moeller. I am a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am studying accounting and finance while working part time at a bank.
