Hello I'm Gerald and I've actually been with BP for about three months now, I looked and found very helpful and enlightening information for entering the real estate business. Now that I have all my essentials in place, I'm finding it hard to get my two deals financed I have no actual upfront money.  I'm actually looking for a partner, mentor that would be able to back both deals in the San Antonio area, I would be willing to split profits whatever seems most fair. Both are flips, please help or leave comment, advice, ( I've had enough negative criticism, thank you )

I've got all my aspects  covered just need to find more opportunities looking for that make sense 70/30 - 65/35. Can with % upon sale if it will sweeten the deals.

Thanks Kurt for the information, I will heed your advice. If I can ever help with the physical side of any property just ask. Also there are great opportunities in Texas. How is the flipping and holding in Penn? Have a friend in upper N.Y. who buy and holds small commercial and rents only to the Government for Recruitment. Has done really good.

Listening to campaigns and making a decision. Might close my eyes and vote, (God's hands), not really.

Hello I'm Gerald in San Antonio, I'm new to the aspect of finding foreclosures, flipping houses that make sense. My immediate problem is finding the paperwork to complete the deals. Any generic forms on a website out there?
