I find the hardest part of my job is finding good contractors at reasonable prices. I have 3 houses to do mid-sized repair,
cabinets, flooring, change out toilet fixtures, etc.. Any advice how to find good and reasonable contractors? Doing repairs in
San Bernardino, California.

I want to foreclose on an old note. 

Loan is $30,000 at 8% with interest only payments of 250.94 until maturity,

Only 4 payments were made and its been in default for years [please no discussion of statute of limitation please]. 

Interest only payments were to be made for 5 years and then the balance of $30,000 was due. The borrower defaulted after only 6 payments. I just want to know how to what to put on the
