I have been getting calls from owners in the lower Greenville area where there is a lot of Homes and Townhomes being built.  As a wholesaler, I'm trying to find out what the builders in the area are wanting to pay per lot square footage.  I have left some messages with builders in the area but have not gotten calls back.

Regarding wholesaling; In determining what the maximum purchase offer I can make to my Seller, along with repair cost, my fee and our closing cost, do I include the closing costs for the next buyer/investor when he re-sells the property after rehabbing it?
