@Mike Lowry not yet, I meet with the owner today. He want to sell the property and still live there I plan on putting the whole property under contract and selling it with a stipulation of the owner signing a long term lease for x amount of time and x amount a month.

What do you think?

Thank you for your time.

(New Investor) Hello, I’m meeting with an individual who would like to sell his 4 unit duplex and is currently living in one of the unit.

The individual would like to workout a contract to where he gets to stay in one of the units. And rent after the sale .

We are meeting to discuss a path to move forward. I am wholesaling the property and would like to know do I get the 3 unit under contract and sell that way or would it be better to workout an agreement and find an investor who is willing to buy all 4 unit with a tenet currently occupying one unit.

Would that be disclosed in the purchase agreement or in a later contract with the investor or both.

I saw a house for sale while driving for dollars. Later I looked up the house information on my local tax assessor website. I found out the house is owned by the “Federal National Mortgage Association”.

How to I go about making and offer and putting the home under contract, if it is not owned be an individual?

Thank you for your time and knowledge
