Any yays or nays regarding Spectrum Global Financial  from Arkansas?.   They approved me for 150k 5%  30. I tried to use collateral as security.

George They want a property that is 800k with fico at 800. or for non collateral send them $1800 security fee. What up with this proposal?

hi alex..ok I did check the nmls. It came as registered in Florida  tx george

Hi Kevin  They are saying no prepay. Also no restrictions on its use. I plan to dp on sfr with cash flow. See any caviats?
