@Samantha Miller I was about to close on my 1st deal and the loan company asked for the Tax documents for my wife who left me over a year ago........ I had to pull out of the deal and I’m waiting for my divorce to be finalized......... Lesson learned there........ As for your loan........ I have never heard of that before. I would go through with a different loan option. There are plenty of banks out there who give out loans. I wouldn’t be restrained by anything like that. Personally..... I’m sorry to hear about that. Keep your head held high. We all learn. This is a minor setback. You can refinance out of that loan also

@Bridget Smith-Osbourne Contact the COMMANDING OFFICER of the base. This is a huge issue and can be taken care of quickly. They don’t like when their members do not hold up thier end of the contract. They take this very seriously.
