Hello everyone! I recently watched a seminar by Cody Sperber and I’m very very interested in his platform of real estate flipping & marketing strategies. I’ve been researching his Fast Track 2.0 system and so far I don’t see where anyone is calling it a scam or anything. I noticed a few reviews stating that it’s more for beginners wanting to delve into REI which I guess is perfect for me as I know next to nothing about it. I’ve started listening to other podcasts, reading a bunch of material and I’ve come up with a bunch of plans just I don’t know where to really start. Is there any advice you guys can give to me as someone just starting out and possibly wanting to make a career of it? Any information about where to start and any tips and tricks would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I'd recommend that you join your local REIA, partner up with an experienced wholesaler and absorb as much as you can from him. Keep reading and listening to podcast. However, with the experienced wholesaler you'll get to take action.
