Another thought, having a W-2 job makes getting loans for buying houses a LOT easier than in you don't have W-2 work.

 I would completely agree with @Jeremy Pace and add that you may want to ask yourself, "What happens if RE investing isn't for me?"  What will you have to fall back on?  

BTW, your thoughts are normal.  I have a BS in BS and it took me 5 years to get it.  There were times when I wanted to drop out.  You are almost there.  Really think hard about sticking it out.
