I’m looking to connect with Full-Time experienced wholesalers in the Atlanta area for networking and accountability purposes. I have no quit in me and looking to take my wholesaling business to the next level by building weekly reports with like minded individuals.

@Brandon Cooper thanks for the reply, this property is brand new construction. The subject property was built just last week in a subdivision with older homes that were built back in 2002. My mistake if I didn’t convey my message properly.

I’m leaning towards using new construction comps that are in the same exact subdivision as the subject property. Also, the listing agent of the builder in the community says the appraiser will use the comps in the same subdivision as well. What are your thoughts?

That's awesome! Congrats on joining the program sounds very legit. In fact, I just joined a similar program with Brent Daniels (TTP Program). I'm in my second day-first week of the training modules and from what you are explaining it's almost identical to the astro flipping program you're in. Stay motivated my friend! I hope you get a killer first deal in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area!

@Dean Carter unfortunately, I was unable to attend but looking forward to the next event!

@Brandon Barnes will do. Thanks

I'm excited to attend I've watched a couple of Jamil's interviews on other platforms and he is legit. Plus I just got my Georgia Realtor license last week and looking forward to network. See you there!
